Must Have for this role:

Provide day-to-day and requirements leadership to team that is comprised of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and backend Engineers. Team is deeply technical and involved in several different projects simultaneously in a complex organization.
• Facilitate (as lead, co-facilitator, and backup) team ceremonies, including standup, refinement/grooming, sprint planning, retrospective
• Maintain deep understanding of team’s sprint – be clear when work is blocked, additional details are needed, deadlines are at risk, and overall health of team.
• Primary Subject Matter Expert on multi-step, multi-faceted processes for managing and adding products to internal data solution.
• Work with Program Technical Product Manager, lead Data Scientists, and lead Data Engineer to define scope for projects. Translate scope to functional requirements, working with technical leads to fill in details as needed.
• Understand overall roadmap and problems team are solving. Comfortable presenting high-level roadmap and problem outlines to team and stakeholders.
• Contribute to and manage technical and internal documentation.
• Conduct initial analysis on datasets as needed.
