Develops software applications by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.

• Writes specified software code as required by development plans and blueprints.
• Creates test transactions, test cases and scripts. Conducts tests to find errors and revise programs.
• Writes documentation that describes installation and operating procedures.
• Participates in and learns from design and code reviews.
• Learns programming languages and software development tools.
• Assists in the design and development of software applications.
• Tests and debugs code to ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborates with team members to complete projects on time.
