WHAT WE DO & HOW WE DO IT

• Deliver projects on time and on budget, with happy clients. Product Managers are accountable for the success of the project.
• Build engaging experiences for clients during every phase of development.
• Facilitate communication between client stakeholders and the development team by acting as the primary point of contact. Connect with stakeholders, decision-makers, and teammates to ensure that all key players have a solid understanding of the project's goals and progress.
• Up-to-date tracking and reporting for all assigned projects to assess performance and progress. This includes updating the capacity planning tracker at the time resources are allocated or changed, and providing weekly project updates to the broader organization.
• Clearly and confidently set expectations internally and externally to avoid surprises.
• Manage and communicate scope and budget concerns, and negotiate or defend decisions when necessary. Identify and escalate budget concerns as early as possible with a project.
• Prioritize work based on Stakeholder/Client need and communicate to development team.
• Gather and critically evaluate requirements to create high quality business scope documents during Discovery & Strategy sessions. Refine, prioritize, and negotiate scope during Projects with Stakeholder and team input.
• Act as Product Owner during all phases of the project; Product Managers should act as the voice of the client within Unosquare.
• Lead the team in Agile and Scrum best practices.

YOUR SKILLS IDEALLY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• 5+ years of experience in software product ownership
• Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes
