Additional Notes:
Skill level: junior or intermediate
Soft skills prioritized over technical
They will be taking/making reports, documentation, action items, and working with Point of Contact (PoC) to get clarity and consensus from about 3 teams and report on those outwards to the stakeholder.
Identifying exactly what they are looking for.
Working on ways to bring those together and being diligent on maintaining those.
Currently Point of Contact is being bogged down with these request and the ideal candidate will be able to listen closely and be delegated the work so her time can be freed up to work on other items.
Documentation is key, light scoping.
Eastern Timezone Hours to match Stakeholder time.
Be very adaptable. The stakeholder will want things done a very specific way or push back a lot, so the person should be able to not let that bother them and find ways to adjust/refine the data in a way that will make PoC/Stakeholder happy and continue to work from the same page.
Output should help the organization have confidence in the metrics rather than doubt it's accurate.
