The ideal candidate needs to have experience in working with content data flows or data flow and data transformation. Schema validation is a plus. At the start, testing will be purely data validation. Ultimately, the data will be integrated into frontend applications
What you work on:

• Familiarize with the client apps and write manual and automation scripts for new features, API and micro-services
• Collaborate with the developers to understand the technical design and write complete, efficient, and reliable automation scripts
• Create, run, and maintain the automation scripts as part of the Acceptance and Regression test suites. Enter bugs in JIRA and verify when fixed.
• Familiarize with the Automation framework and follow the best practice in writing and maintaining scripts
• Participate in grooming session, Sprint review, and estimate the test work
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

Position requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience with Selenium Java and CI/CD
• Experience in automating API testing (micro-services testing is a plus)
• Knowledge and work experience in AWS is a plus
• Knowledge of web app architecture, API, database
• Familiar with QA processes, proficient in writing good test cases and bugs
• Experience with Agile SCRUM methodology
• Experience in working with remote teams in different time zones
