Build Salesforce.com Declarative customizations & automations
Develop deep understanding of the internal Consumer & Commercial Banking operations to lead complex projects and integrations to improve sales and service
Promote business adoption of system capabilities and features (via trainings & webinars)
Participate in all aspects of our Agile Project Methodology (including proper Change Management)

Education & Experience
Bachelors
2+ years as a Salesforce.com Administrator
Experience developing custom reports & Dashboards
Experience with SalesCloud, ServiceCloud,
Well-versed in data quality and integrity governance
