Responsibilities

• Build, manage and automate our AWS infrastructure and related systems.

• Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available on AWS.

• Work collaboratively with Product Development team to define infrastructure and deployment requirements.

• Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, it should ideally be able to be defined as IaC

• Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools

• Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, reports and analysis of AWS infrastructure and systems

• Responsible for jumping in during any downtime for the site.

• Proactive management and mitigation of the AWS infrastructure to ensure site is ready for growth during busy times.

• Strong bias for action and ownership (Very important)

• Strong English communication skills

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructureECS (desirable)
  Elasticbeanstalk (highly desirable)
• EKS (desirable)
• Understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure with Terraform (optional)
• Solid foundation of networking and Linux administration
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD workflows with tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD and deploying applications on AWS
• Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
